Cancellation & Refund Policy

TridaPro Solutions Private Limited believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days from the course start date. The count begins from the class commencement date. Cancellations are not permitted after this period.
  • An Amount of Rs.7000 (Seven Thousand Rupees Only), deductible in Refund Cases towards Administrative and Academic Expenses.
  • Cancellation requests made verbally or through phone/fax will not be considered.
  • No refunds will be processed after the Last Refund Date.
  • Refunds will be credited to the Father/Mother Bank Account via NEFT/RTGS mode. Submit a scanned copy of the Cancelled Cheque or Bank Passbook first page for verification.
  • Eligible refunds will be initiated within 15 working days of receiving the refund request as described above. TridaPro is not responsible for any delays in the refund amount being credited to the user's original payment source. Users are encouraged to contact their bank, wallet, or card provider directly if they have any concerns in this regard.
  • For any products or services purchased using EMI, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL), loans, auto-payment, or any other payment options provided by a third party on the platform, the user is solely responsible for any applicable charges, penalties, or interest imposed by the third party, as agreed upon between the user and the third party. This includes, but is not limited to, charges related to refund requests or cancellations of products or services, in accordance with the relevant third-party rules and regulations. TridaPro holds no liability in these matters.
  • The refund rules remain consistent in the following scenarios:
    • If a student joins the class after the commencement date,
    • If a student does not join or attend any classes,
    • If a student applies for a refund before the class begins.
