These Terms & Conditions govern (a) the use of our website, applications, or any products or services related to the Application, Website, or products ("Services") and (b) any modes of registration or usage of products, including through SD cards, tablets, or other storage/transmitting devices. These terms are between TridaPro Solutions Private Limited ("TridaPro") and its users.


These Terms constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011, as amended.


Please read these Terms and our Privacy Policy carefully before registering with us or using the Application, Website, Services, or products. In case of any conflict between these Terms and other policies regarding the Application, Website, Services, or products, these Terms shall prevail.


Your use, access, or browsing of the Application, Website, Services, or products, or your registration (with or without payment/subscription) through any means, signifies your acceptance of these Terms and your agreement to be legally bound by them.


If you do not agree with these Terms or the Privacy Policy, please do not use the Application, Website, or avail the Services or products. Access to our Services, Application, or products through registration or subscription is non-transferable.


  1. Except as noted below, all information, content, materials, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and trade secrets—including but not limited to software, text, images, graphics, video, scripts, and audio—contained in the Application, Website, Services, and products are the proprietary property of the Company ("Proprietary Information"). You may not copy, download, reproduce, modify, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Proprietary Information without prior written permission from the Company.     • Stalking, intimidating, or harassing others, or inciting others to commit violence.
    • Transmitting material that encourages criminal activity, results in civil liability, or otherwise breaches any relevant laws, regulations, or codes of practice.
    • Interfering with another person's use or enjoyment of the Application, Website, or Services.
    • Making, transmitting, or storing electronic copies of materials protected by copyright without the owner's permission, committing any act that amounts to intellectual property infringement, or making available any material that infringes others' intellectual property rights or proprietary rights.
    • Making available any content or material that you do not have the right to under any law or contractual or fiduciary relationship, unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents for such use.
    • Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
    • Posting, transmitting, or making available any material that contains viruses, trojan horses, worms, spyware, time bombs, cancelbots, or other harmful programming routines or code, or that may harvest or collect data or personal information about other users without their consent.
    • Accessing or using the Application, Website, Services, or products in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any of the servers or networks connected to the Application or Website.
    • Intentionally or unintentionally interfering with or disrupting the services or violating any applicable laws related to access or use of the Application, Website, Services, or products, or engaging in any activity prohibited by these Terms.
    • Disrupting or interfering with the security of the Application, Website, Services, products, materials, system resources, or gaining unauthorized access to user accounts, passwords, servers, or networks connected to or accessible through the Application, Website, Services, or products, or any affiliated or linked sites.
    • Interfering with or inhibiting any user from using and enjoying access to the Website, Services, products, or other affiliated sites, or engaging in disruptive attacks such as denial of service attacks.
    • Using deep-links, page-scrape, robots, spiders, or other automated devices, programs, algorithms, or methodologies, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to increase traffic to the Application, Website, Services, or products, to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of the Application, Website, Services, or products, or to reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Application, or any content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any content, documents, or information through any means not specifically made available through the Application, Website, Services, or products.
    • Altering or modifying any part of the Services.
    • Using the Services for purposes not permitted by these Terms and any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdiction.
    • Violating any of the terms specified for the use of the Application, Website, Services, or products.

  3. Every effort has been made to ensure that the information provided in the Application, Website, Services, and products is current, accurate, and clearly expressed. However, inadvertent errors may occur. The Company disclaims any responsibility for errors or inaccuracies that may be present in the Application. These resources are intended to supplement, not replace, the curriculum-based education provided by educational institutions by explaining and presenting concepts in an easily understandable manner. The basic definitions and formulae remain the same. The Company acknowledges that there are various ways to deliver structured curriculum pedagogy. The inclusion of specific methods in the Application, Services, or products does not imply endorsement of any particular method, nor does the exclusion of others imply disapproval.
    Subscribing to the Application or using our Services, Website, or products does not guarantee admission to any educational institution, passing of any exams, or achieving any specific percentage of marks in any examinations.

  7. Certain contents in the Application, Services, Website, or products may include opinions and views of third parties. The Company is not responsible for these opinions or any claims arising from them. Additionally, the Company makes no warranties or representations regarding the quality, content, completeness, or adequacy of such information and data.

  8. Some parts of our Services feature interactive elements where Users can contribute content, which may or may not be subject to editorial control before publication. The Company bears no responsibility or liability for any material communicated by third parties in this manner. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove, review, edit, or delete any content. Similarly, we do not assume responsibility or liability for any content uploaded directly to the Website by Users, regardless of whether we have endorsed any answers provided by Users. We do not verify whether such questions, answers, or content posted by Users contain infringing materials or not.

By accessing the Application (including through free downloads/trials), Services, or Website, or registering through any means, the Company (including its subsidiaries/affiliates) may contact the User via SMS, email, or phone call to provide information about products, updates, or seek permission for product demonstrations. The User explicitly grants consent to be contacted through telephone, SMS, and email, and agrees to indemnify the Company (including its subsidiaries/affiliates) against any liabilities arising from being contacted if the User's mobile number is registered in the Do Not Call (DNC) database. By registering, you consent to share your contact details with our employees, associates, subsidiaries, affiliates, and partners for the purpose of receiving educational information, offerings, and promotions via telephone, SMS, email, etc.

Upon registration through any means, the Company may contact you via the registered mobile number, email, or any other contact information provided by you to ensure effective provision of Services. You expressly authorize the Company to contact you and the student using the Services through these means at any time after registration. Additionally, the Company reserves the right to monitor the download and usage of the Application, Services, or products and their contents by the student, analyze such usage, and discuss it with the student to enhance effective and efficient usage of the Services. You expressly authorize the Company to assist the student using the Application or online portal by addressing queries, providing study plans, updating on progress, giving feedback, communicating, and mentoring via telephone or email, with the express consent of the legal guardian/parent of the User or through any other appropriate forum.

  11. While the Company endeavors to train its sales and service personnel to maintain quality standards, it does not provide any warranties or representations regarding the quality and competence of such personnel. The Company shall not be liable for any misconduct by its personnel. Your feedback concerning this matter is appreciated, and the Company reserves the right and discretion to take necessary actions accordingly.

  12. Access to certain aspects of the Services, such as doubt clearance and mentoring, may be governed by distinct terms, conditions, and fair usage policies. The Company retains the right to establish the criteria for providing these aspects of Services to different user categories based on its policies. Therefore, subscribing to the Application or products or registering does not automatically guarantee access to all Services offered by the Company. The Company reserves the right to exercise discretion in granting access to and deciding the continuity of specific aspects of the Services.
    We also reserve the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, withdraw prematurely, or modify any of Our Services at Our discretion.

  13. The Company's products and/or Services, including the Application and content, are designed to be compatible exclusively with specific devices, tablets, instruments, or hardware. The Company does not have an obligation to ensure functionality of its products and/or services on instruments that are not recognized or compatible with the Company's offerings, including those acquired from third parties. The Company reserves the right to update the information regarding compatible devices as necessary over time.

  14. The Company disclaims any responsibility for any loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of data or impact on processing speed, incurred by the tablet or any other hardware, software, or instrument due to your use of our products and Services.

  15. To access the Services and use the Application/products, you must register and maintain an account. During registration, you will need to provide certain information, including your name, mobile number, email address, residential address, student grade/class, payment information (credit/debit card details), and any other information deemed necessary by the Application.

    Please note the following regarding your account information:

    • It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
    • You agree to log out from your account at the end of each session and immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of your account.

    If there is a potential security breach or misuse of your account, we may request you to change your password or suspend your account without liability for a period we deem appropriate. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision.

    Your ability to use your account depends on external factors such as internet service providers and network availability, and the Company cannot guarantee access to the Application at all times. Additionally, the Company is not liable for any damages resulting from your inability to log into your account and access the services of the Application.


  16. Individuals who are 'competent/capable' of contracting as defined by the Indian Contract Act, 1872 are eligible to register for the Application and all our products and Services. Minors, undischarged insolvents, and similar individuals are not eligible to register. If you are a minor and wish to use our products or Services, such use must be facilitated by your legal guardian or parents, who must agree to these Terms. If a minor uses the Application, Website, or Services, it is assumed that they have obtained consent from their legal guardian or parents.
    The Company is not responsible for any consequences arising from misuse of our Application or any of our products or Services by anyone, including minors, who register for the Services/products. By using the products or Services, you warrant that all the data provided by you is accurate and complete, and that the student using the Application has obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian (in the case of minors).
    The Company reserves the right to terminate your subscription/Services and/or refuse access to the products or Services if it is discovered that you are under the age of 18 and do not have parental/legal guardian consent, or if any information provided by you is inaccurate. You acknowledge that it is not the Company's responsibility to ensure you meet the eligibility criteria. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you meet the required qualifications. Any person under the age of 18 should seek the consent of their parents/legal guardians before providing any information about themselves or their family members on the Application

  17. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, along with its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:
    • Your use of and access to the Application, Website, and Services.
    • Your violation of any term of these Terms or any other policy of the Company.
    • Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation, any copyright, property, or privacy right.
    • Any claim that your use of the Application, Website, or Services has caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms.

In no event shall the Company, its officers, directors, employees, partners, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever. This includes damages resulting from the loss of use, data, or profits, or any other claims arising out of or in connection with your use of, or access to, the Application.

  19. In the event of your breach of these Terms, you agree that the Company will be irreparably harmed and may not have an adequate remedy in money or damages. Therefore, the Company shall be entitled to obtain an injunction against such a breach from any court of competent jurisdiction. This right to obtain injunctive relief shall not limit the Company's right to pursue other remedies.

  20. Any violation by you of the terms of this clause may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your accounts, in addition to any legal remedies the Company may pursue. In such instances, the Company may also disclose your account information if required by any governmental or legal authority. You understand that violating these Terms could also result in civil or criminal liability under applicable laws.

  21. The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Furthermore, the Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Hyderabad, and you hereby submit to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts.

  22. The Company reserves the right to change, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect, features, or functionality of the Application or the Services at its discretion and without prior notice. Additionally, the Company may amend these Terms periodically without prior notification. There is no commitment, express or implied, to maintain or continue any part of the Application. You agree that the Company shall not be liable to You or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Application or Services. All prices are subject to change without notice.

  23. Disclaimer

    This website, the application, and the services are provided on an 'as is' basis with all faults and without any warranty of any kind. The company hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions regarding the website, application/products, and the services, including without limitation, all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, suitability, and non-infringement. Additionally, the company shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of this site, or the application or the services. Your use of any information or materials on this website/application/services/products is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that services provided by us meet your specific requirements.


  24. General Provisions:

    By using the Application, Website, and Services provided by TridaPro, you agree to the following terms:

    • Use of Information: TridaPro reserves the exclusive right to use your information for its marketing and publicity purposes, including in the event of your selection in medical/engineering entrance exams, national or international Olympiads, National Talent Search Exam (NTSE), Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) exam, and/or any other examination.
    • Notice: All notices from the Company will be provided via email to your registered account or as a general notification on the Application. Any notice to the Company should be sent to [email protected]
    • Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and any other applicable guidelines for the Application, constitute the entire agreement between you and TridaPro regarding your use of the Application, Website, and Services.
    • Assignment: You cannot assign or transfer your obligations under these Terms or any rights granted hereunder to any third party. However, TridaPro may freely transfer its rights under these Terms to any third party without seeking your consent.
    • Severability: If any provision of these Terms or portion thereof is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permissible.
    • Waiver: The failure of TridaPro to enforce or exercise any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.
    • Relationship: Your participation on the Application does not create an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship between you and TridaPro.
    • Acknowledgement: By using the Website/Application and Services, you acknowledge that TridaPro has provided you with a reasonable opportunity to review these Terms and that you agree to abide by them.

  25. Feedback

    Any feedback you provide regarding the Application is considered non-confidential. TridaPro may use this information freely and without restrictions. By submitting feedback, you confirm and warrant that:

    • Your feedback does not contain confidential or proprietary information belonging to you or third parties.
    • TridaPro has no obligation of confidentiality, whether express or implied, concerning your feedback.
    • Similar feedback may already be under consideration or in development within the Application.
    • You are not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement from TridaPro for your feedback under any circumstances, unless specified.
    • TridaPro shall not be held responsible for any content provided by other users, even if such content is offensive or harmful. Please exercise caution when using the Application.
